High impact learning - a crash course in visual design

In the golden days of instructional design the course was king and an instructional designer’s job was simple: to design online courses. Then the world changed. We all went mobile and social, gamers grew up and moved into management. There is an app for everything and traditional instructional design is dead. Increasingly the best learning solutions include social and game-like elements. User experience (UX) is now king. In this session we will hear from leading experts on social learning, games and user experience design. As a group we’ll mash up these disciplines to define the role of the new Learning eXperience Designer:
