Info/tips shapeways chassis

A short video showcasing a goth 3-D designs 1.24 all in one chassis. This is my first purchase from shapeways along with goth and I’m happy with the results. I look forward to installing this in my custom thin neck saber very soon.

Prototype testing of our upcoming Graflex Grand Master Metal Chassis, with removable crystal and spinning chamber!

A project that I've been working on for several years. This is the second iteration of a modular, removable electronics chassis for prop light sabers. It uses a Plecter Labs CFX board.

I designed everything in Fusion 360 and printed at home on a Guider II. Eventually, the final designs were sent to Shapeways.

It features:
-Detecting up to 16 different sabers that all can have unique sounds, colors, animations, and settings.
-Removable battery
- Access to the CFX SD card and USB port
- GX16 Connector that makes adapting to sabers cheap and quick.
-Fits in Saber Forge ASP, TCSS MHS, and Vintage/Replica Graflex, or really anything with an inner diameter of at least 28.3mm.

For a change we're sharing our work in progress pics and vid. This is the very first prototype of our next Graflex chassis aka Mentor.

This proto#1 was meanly meant for testing the Reveal-X (extend chassis and magnetic plates) and Rotating Crystal Chamber features, as well as fitting everything together and strength tests.
The design and chassis parts have changed since these first tests (shown at the end of the video).
