So here's my tier list of what I personally think are the best office chairs for the home office. But I wouldn't take these rankings too seriously, as "lower" tier chairs can still be great and "higher" tier chairs don't guarantee a better experience.

The Herman Miller Eames chair has had a victory in court over trademark infringement. The court has upheld a 2017 decision that Office Star Products must pay Herman Miller $3.3 million in damages for the reproduction of one of their most iconic pieces.

The decision marks an important point in Herman Miller’s ongoing quest to protect its iconic furniture designs from infringement and being produced as knockoffs, a problem they have been fighting for decades.
