Well the answer is actually easier than you think - in this video I'll share with you the minimum tech specs of both a Windows Laptop and a Mac computer that will be enough to start your UX career. The machine should work well with Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD, allowing you to design without extreme load times. Many of these computers can be very inexpensive so here's what to look for when picking a laptop for a designer.
