My review of the Topo Designs Global Briefcase 3 day. Kinda like this one for those shorter trips of 3 days but I can maximize it to a week if must. Have been using for a month. Later on like my other bags will do a 4 to 6 month review. #topodesigns

I wanted to find a bag that I could travel with yet, when I arrived at my destination, could convert into a more professional looking, briefcase style. Sometimes I have some business to take care of at my destination. It doesn't look great to have a backpack on in a suit. I always feel like it's crushing the suit and wrinkling it.
So, I did a search for 3-way convertible bags that featured the ability to go from backpack mode to briefcase mode. I had to have enough room to fit my normal carry on stuff as well.

My current pack is a Carryology 222 and I love it, but it just didn't have the right aesthetic for me to carry it into meetings in a suit.

This is round 3. I've already tried out the Aer Travel Pack 2 and the Mystery Ranch 3-Way Expandable Briefcase and have done reviews of those.

Le second comprend un manchon matelassé pour ordinateur jusqu'à 17'' fermé par un sratch, une poche plate ouverte et une poche zippée.

Grande poche zippée sur le devant du sac, pouvant contenir un format A4.

Sangles latérales pour ajuster l'épaisseur du sac à son contenu.

Entièrement doublé en nylon jaune, très pratique pour retrouver vos affaires.

Bretelles de sac à dos amovibles et sangle abdominale amovible avec un poche plate à l'arrière du sac pour les ranger lorsque vous ne souhaitez pas l'utiliser en sac à dos.

In this review, we’re taking a look at the Topo Designs travel bag. This is a 30 or 40-liter backpack—depending on which size you choose, we’ve got the 40-liter variant—and it’s got a lot of unique stuff going on. As a brand, Topo Designs has a pretty solid track record of creating backpacks and other gear that has a vintage, heritage-style look. The kicker is that, although their stuff has an old school look and feel, it’s all generally decked out with top-notch materials and awesome features.

At the time of this review, we’ve been testing the Topo Designs travel bag for two weeks, mostly as a daily driver on the way to and from coworking spaces and coffee shops. And of course, it’s always loaded up with a ton of gear.

The Topo Designs Travel Bag offers some great organization, thoughtful design features, and a pointed heritage aesthetic. If you can get past the laptop compartment not being an ideal size and you have no problem with the less-than-optimal harness system, there are a ton of pros and unique features on this pack. We love the compartmentalization and organization, as well as the excellent zippers. All in all, we think this bag could serve your one bag travel needs very well.
